about usHistory + Staffing
Business & Workforce Development arose out of our own personal need to manage the 15-acre property on which Third Street Education Center sits. Large common grassy areas along with more detailed shrubbery and shrub bed care were involved. We eventually realized the need for soil management and weed control, so several of our staff have been trained in those areas as well. As people began to notice the beauty of our revitalized facility, requests were being made for those landscape services at other sites. Our crew began caring for county public areas and downtown government buildings with great success. Now we have several crews servicing many sites in Greenville and throughout Pitt County.
As time passed, we said yes to other opportunites including home improvment, catering, & auto-detailing. We are now able to over 25+ jobs that are saturated with training and recovery component.

We believe in people, so we give people a chance toward gainful employment. With that comes responsibility and accountability.
